Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Form ("the App") is developed by Jayden Luna ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Form is designed to work entirely on your device, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Camera frames or video data
  • Body pose or joint position data
  • Exercise performance data

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.

3. Camera Usage

Form uses your device's rear camera to detect body poses during exercise sessions. This is how the camera data is handled:

  • Camera frames are processed in real-time by Apple's Vision framework directly on your device
  • Video is never recorded, stored, or transmitted — frames are analyzed and immediately discarded
  • No images or video ever leave your device
  • Pose detection extracts only joint coordinates from each frame; the frame itself is not retained
  • You can revoke camera access at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera

4. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

  • Workout session history (date, exercise, rep count, form score)
  • Exercise preferences and settings
  • Haptic feedback preferences
  • Subscription status

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Form offers optional premium subscriptions managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments directly and never have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple. For information about how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Form does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. The App uses exclusively Apple frameworks: AVFoundation for camera access, Vision for pose detection, SwiftData for local storage, and StoreKit for subscription management. No data is shared with any external service.

7. Children's Privacy

Form does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not require any account creation or personal information to function.

8. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all Form data at any time by:

  • Deleting the App from your device (removes all data)
  • Using iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Form > Delete App

No data exists on our servers to delete, as we do not collect or store any user data remotely.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
